Chef Roberto Tapia began cooking long before he earned his culinary degree, & in fact, he's been doing it his whole life. When he wasn’t on the boat with his Grandfather’s fishing company, he was in the kitchen with his Grandmother, cooking up delicious food and making memories.

He spent most of his life on the East Coast, later traveling to Miami, and eventually landing in Texas; cooking for everyone from family and friends to high level executives.

With a diverse culinary background, Chef Rob aims to showcase a menu highlighting culinary styles from all over the world. Created with a passion for food and a *ton of hard work, Taps International Foods is sure to please, whether it’s a burger and fries, or a catering for 500.
